once the payment has been received and confirmed.
Once the full payment has been made, orders cannot be canceled or amended. Please
ensure your order details are accurate before completing the payment.
Shipping and delivery times are estimated and depend on the shipping carrier, customs
procedures, and other logistical factors. Typically, delivery will take between 1 to 2 weeks after
dispatch. PokeDee Collectables is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping
companies or customs.
If your order has not been shipped within 1 month from the date of payment, you are eligible
