How to Pre-Order:

- Specify the items you wish to reserve.
Important Details:
- Orders not received within one month will be refunded.
- PokeDee Store is not responsible for damages or opened sealed items caused by airport security, customs, or shipping companies.
- We will provide detailed photos and videos of the current condition of sealed items before shipping to the final destination.
- Please check your airport security regulations regarding sealed items before committing to a pre-order.
- Once full payment is made, cancellations and refunds are not available.
- Returns are only accepted if approved by the store and will be valued at 50% of the original purchase price.
